Taken Out is an Australian dating game show hosted by James Kerley, who is best known as a VJ on music television channel, Channel V. A single man or women is introduced to 30 contestants of the opposite sex, who are given information to help them decide if they are interested in dating the single. In the end, the last contestant standing wins a date with the bachelor or bachelorette. Filmed in Melbourne, the series has been likened to an updated version of Perfect Match, albeit without Dexter the robot. |
