The $128,000 Question (1976)

Players who claim to be very knowledgable in at least one specific field compete. Each is asked a series of questions ranging in value from $64 to $64,000. Players risk losing everything if they give an incorrect response, and they can either continue playing or quit after answering each question. Once players earns $64,000, they receive the opportunity to return at a later date and compete once again for another $64,000.
