The Adventures of Brisco County, Jr. (1993)

Brisco County Jr., a bounty hunter with a Harvard law degree, is hired by five wealthy robber barons to round up outlaws in the West. While on the trail of these crooks he must avoid Lord Bowler, a fellow bounty hunter unaccustomed to competition. Brisco seeks a little help along the way from his supervisor Socrates Poole, saloon singer Dixie Cousins, and professor Wickware whose inventions assist Brisco in capturing the outlaws. Set in the late 1890s.
