Teenage television star Jett Jackson longs to have a normal life. Jett leaves Hollywood and his TV star mother behind to move back to rural Wilsted, North Carolina, with his dad, local sheriff Wood Jackson, and his great-grandmother, Miz Coretta. But he finds the simple life is out of his reach as people expect him to live up to the image of Silverstone, M.S.P.I. (Middle School Private Investigator), the heroic private investigator he plays on television. Jett hangs out with his best friends, J.B.and Kayla. In the third season, he spends more time with his mother, Jules, who returns to Wilsted following a setback in her own acting career. |
