The Green Hornet (1966)

The series, set in Chicago, follows the exploits of Britt Reid, publisher of the "Daily Sentinel" and secretly the Green Hornet, a daring crimefighter struggling to protect the rights, lives, and property decent citizens. Considered criminal and wanted by the police, the Green Hornet and his aide Kato combat crime as semi-fugitives, always managing to disappear just before the bungling police arrive at the scene.
