The Last Precinct (1986)

Adam West plays the Captain of a police precinct. Unfortunately, the cops at this precinct are assorted goof-balls, misfits, and malcontents. Essentially, this was an attempt to make a TV series that would cash in on the success of the various Police Academy movies.
