This is a British game show hosted by Cilla Black. Each week three families get the chance to win big prizes often including home appliances and gadgets. One member of the family is given a week to practice a certain task. And then on the night of the show, that person must perform the task in front of a live studio audience and the millions of people watching at home. Sometimes tasks are physical, like building a house of cards, and sometimes they are intellectual, like memorizing the mathematical solution to the ratio of a circle's circumference to its diameter, also known as pi. |
