The Mumbly Cartoon Show (1976)

This show focuses on a detective dog named mumbly,who is also featured on laff-a-lympics, who dresses up in a trenchcoat and solves crimes using his dog senses, and a beat up old car. The character strangely resembles in a way the TV detective Columbo in terms of dress and mannerisms.
