Eleven amateur chefs share a deluxe carriage house while being put through a series of challenges to determine who is best qualified to become the next on-camera Food Network personality. Along the way, these finalists are mentored and evaluated by such reigning Food Network stars as Bobby Flay and Giada De Laurentis, but viewers will vote on the ultimate winner.
