A group of aspiring actresses learn the skills necessary to become stars. They take classes, do screen tests and learn audition skills from the best and every episode they're evaluated by an all-star panel including Oscar winner Faye Dunaway and "Kill Bill" co-star Vivica A. Fox. The winner gets a talent deal with The WB and a guest spot on the netlet's "One Tree Hill."
