Meet Todd Santos, a 30-year-old waiter and musician living in laid-back Hermosa Beach, Calif. He's taken the "laid-back" part a little too much to heart, however, and has therefore turned his life over TV viewers. In each episode of this reality series, the audience votes on some of Todd's life decisions, such as finding a new job and choosing which of two women to date.
