Reality series that follows the 13- to 16-year-old orchestra members of Los Angeles' Hamilton High, a magnet school for music. Among the featured members of the orchestra are: Gala, a 16-year-old visual artist and violinist; Kevin, a shy 14-year-old violinist; Rosalind, a competitive 14-year-old violinist and pianist; Zane, a 15-year-old guitarist and oboe player who plays in a blues band; Jocelyn, an effervescent 14-year-old who struggles with the violin; Dennis, a 15-year-old Russian violinist whose expertise leads to a scholarship competition; and Marcus, an outspoken 15-year-old flutist. |
