Travel Sick (2001)

British comedy/reality series in which host Grub Smith arrives at a mystery destination and is met by a local fixer. The fixer presents Smith with a list of things for him to achieve in five days. He is not allowed to leave the country until he has completed the tasks. Some of the tasks include: finding the dirtiest toilet in Seoul, Korea; arm wrestling an alligator in New Orleans; and holding a naked hoola-hoop contest in Spain.
