Season 1 introduces the viewers to the Meade and Suarez family and their complicated lives. Also entering the scene is Henry Grubstick which complicates Betty's relationship with Walter. A dead brother rose up from the grave and was transformed into a woman. Wilhemina is on the warpath to become Mode's Editor-in-Chief. Santos, Justin's father came back but does not approve the way his son turned out.
