A pleasant day to you and to all avid readers of your column. I always look forward every morning to read your column coz I get updated with Pinoy showbiz.
Ang maganda sa iyo is you get to feature the fan emails of readers to let their idols or TV networks suggestions or comments on a particular issue.
I hope you can give a little space on your column what I think about the upcoming soap remake Rosalinda. I am a true blooded Kapuso and I enjoy watching GMA Teleseryes.
Since they announced Rosalinda remake last January, I get so ecstatic about the idea and look forward in reading updates about this show. I know they are on the pre-prod stage already.
Carla Abelanna is a good choice for the role. It's a fresh choice actually since she's a new talent and “star” in a raw.
Now, who will be the main villainess of Rosalinda? Can you suggest award winning Viva actress Angelu de Leon to be the Fedra of this Pinoy soap remake? Gusto siya ng mga fans sa mga forum boards sa internet.
Mukhang bagay na bagay kay Angelu ang bida-contravida roles as what she shown in the recently concluded Tadyang soap. Very successful ang transformation ni Angelu from a soap opera princess bida to a bida-contravida star. I was never a fan of her, but when I got to see her transformation in Tadyang - with her new figure and aura, wow! She can give other young villainess a run of their money.
Ang Fedra role is very important sa Rosalinda remake, just like the Angelica role to Marimar fame. Kelangan may “spunk” ang character, and Angelu fits to a T.
Bagay rin na maging ate ni Carla si Angelu dahil sa similarities sa physical features nila. Angelu is mestisa. And maraming features na pareho sila ni Carla, like flawless skin, mestisa looks, dimples at very charming ang personality at bubbly.
Ang Fedra role kasi dapat mas angat ang character kay Rosalinda, and Angelu being one of the major young actress, award winning that is, pwedeng itapat kay Rosalinda role.
Dapat 'yung contravida ni Carla ay 'yung mas sikat talaga sa kanya at established since bago lang siya.
So if GMA wants a solid supporting cast - pwedeng-pwedeng ilagay nila si Angelu as Fedra.
Geoff Eigenman naman can do the Fernando Jose role at bagay na i-launch kasama ni Carla. Anyway, Geoff is said to be the next important male star ng GMA after Richard Gutierrez, Dingdong Dantes, and Dennis Trillo, 'di ba? Source: Abante |
