BARON Geisler filed counter charges against Patrizia Maree Martinez, daughter of William Martinez and Yayo Aguila who earlier sued him with a case of "acts of lasciviousness" for mashing her breasts and asking her to have sex with him while they were in a bar in Makati. The case filed by Baron is unjust vexation.

According to Baron, it was Patrizia who insisted on seating close to him that night, April 25, 2008 and she later hugged him, causing him to be annoyed. Baron's affidavit further alleged: "In the process, the respondent's lips and tongue were rubbing complainant Baron's left ear, tickling him and caused him annoyance, irritation, vexation or disturbance.
