Cass on the cover of Playboy Philippines

"THIS is my most daring cover shoot ever," former Pinoy Big Brother (PBB) housemate Cassandra "Cass" Ponti revealed as she looked at the cover of Playboy Philippines Magazine's November 2008 issue.

As Playboy's newest cover girl, Cass showed off her sexy body having only a white belt wrapped around her waist. "So far, this is my sexiest cover shoot. Unlike before, although topless also, I wore boxer shorts or panty shorts; here I only wear g-string and belt."

As provocative as it may seem, the voluptuous actress said she never hesitated with Playboy's offer as she was really looking forward to work with the popular sexy magazine.

"I am very flattered when they asked me to grace their magazine this month. I never thought of saying no to them," she said.

Unlike other sexy cover pictorial with a lot of editing touches, Cass is very proud to say her genuine sexiness and beauty was shown on the cover and inside pages of Playboy.

"Lahat naman ng magazine may editing, may photoshop. Hindi ko sinasabi yung sa akin wala but when you look at the original photo it's like no editing was done," she said.

Playboy's managing editor Mike Diez, meanwhile, affirmed that very minimal editing was made on Cass's photos because they wanted to preserve the real beauty of their model.

"Kung makikita ninyo may mga baby fats pa ako ng konti but that's the real me. My body is not perfect but then I was amazed when I saw the outcome. No oil was applied on my body para mas umangat yung natural na kulay ko," the sexy actress said.

When asked how she can describe her whole sexy pictorial shoot she said: "Wet and wild. Kasi mas marami akong pinakitang skin dito."

Playboy Philippines November issue is a tribute to the world's highly popular fictional character James Bond. According to Mikhail Lecaros (Playboy Philippines's editorial assistant), they wanted someone who represents the real Filipina beauty, and Cass is the woman who evidently embodies it.

"We always keep in mind na baka pwede itong gamitin sa international so we have to show them the best that we (Filipinos) can to the world. Sa ngayon we are talking about a lot of European editions they're really interested. Kung tayo naaaliw sa blonde and blue eyed sila naman naaliw sa Asian features," Lecaros said. Concept-wise

If she could bare more skin for a sexy magazine, Cass said she is not ready to do all-out sexy roles in movies.

"Depende sa offer, sa concept kung talagang ikagaganda ng movie, why not. Pag-iisipan ng mabuti. I am ready, pero depende pa rin sa ibibigay na project sa akin. Pero as much as possible huwag muna as in bold talaga," she said.

She also wants to prove that she is not just a sexy girl next door but a real actress with so many talents to offer. "I am not really a sexy actress. I was never launched in a sexy movie before. I did serious roles like in Banal and I was even nominated as best supporting actress. So hindi lang talaga pag-papasexy ang kaya ko."

"For me if the concept is good, well I will accept sexy roles. It all depends on a movie's storyline," she said. Family's approval

Doing sexy pictorials has never been an issue for Cass's family. In fact, according to the sultry actress, her mother is very supportive of her.

"May tiwala siya sa akin at tsaka I'm matured enough also to do my own decisions," she said. "I consult them once in awhile but I know that they trust me so covering for a sexy mag is really not a problem with them." Zero love-life

There was an issue before that Cass and another former PBB housemate Uma Khouny were having an affair.

It remains as rumor as the two did not talk about it in public. But according to Cass, there was nothing special between her and Uma but friendship. "Never naging kami. We are really the best of friends."

When asked with her sexiness and beautiful aura and if there is someone wooing her right now, "May nanliligaw pero wala akong gusto at ayoko muna. Career muna."

Cass is part of a girl group called Koolchx that regularly appears on "Wowowee" and "ASAP '08." Koolchx sings the theme song of late night comedy show of ABS-CBN "Banana Split."

Aside from small screen projects, Cass shared that she is also planning to put up a business as an extra source of income.
