Cindy Kurleto's 'Sensual Aerobics'

Author: The Manila Bulletin

One video which every woman must acquire -- for good health and self-confidence -- is "Sensual Aerobics," with Cindy Kurleto as the guru.

What is so sensual about the aerobic video? There has been a number of "aerobic" video released in the past, and all of them were intended for good health. Cindy, now 23, said that the video is "sensual" in a sense that it makes you feel good and help develop your self-confidence.

As a woman, you must have that feeling of confidence that you are as you dream of becoming an attractive woman at any age.

And how can you do this? Simply by following her "Sensual Aerobics." Make no mistake, Cindy said, that the exercises in the video are not intended to make you grow muscles, but how to make your muscles soft and firm.

Cindy has been practicing aerobics at an early age, and this is the reason she became so proficient with aerobics.

"You feel sexy after learning my sensual aerobics," she added. For one of the assets of a woman is to have that feeling of being sexy all the time, not necessarily showing it.

She added that her aerobics has no connection with ballroom dancing.

"Sensual Aerobics" is Cindy Kurleto's debut instructional video. Cindy is 5'7", and she is so gifted with delightful "curves." Of course, Cindy has her own love story to tell, being a beautiful woman herself. And she talked frankly about a recent "link" she had.

More on the video: "As the title suggests, "Sensual Aerobics" is filled with libidinous dance routines designed to keep you fit and in ravishing S-shape. Kurleto -- erstwhile co-host of "MTB" and whose face has graced many a billboard along major thoroughfares that have men swooning amid congestion and under the sweltering heat -- takes you through certain exercises that read like items on a bar menu of a botanical garden -- Champaigne, Pretzsel, Sunflower, Baby Crocodiles.

Watch the video and Cindy will show you how to turn on the elan while doing each and every one of them. After all, to look sexy one must feel sexy first.

For the production of the aerobics video, Cindy got assistance from Fe Manalili, a certified fitness instructor at Fitness First, and Andy Alvis of the very popular dance group Whiplash. The two instructors helped design the routines largely leaning on new age and eastern influences.
