Dennis Trillo: No perfect lover

Dennis Trillo has apparently lost weight since the last time we saw him. Tonight, he is launched as the next superhero, "Gagambino" on primetime TV. GMA7 still believes in his talent and drawing power that he is made to do the latest Carlo J. Caparas franchise.

At the victory party for the movie "Mag-ingat Ka sa… Kulam” held at Imperial Palace Suites, Dennis was bombarded with questions about his two exes, beauty queen Carlene Aguilar and sexy star Cristine Reyes.

When asked what makes him attractive to women, he simply smiled. But seriously, he said his current situation would not really make him a perfect lover. He’s so busy, and it was the same reason why he and Cristine decided to part ways. It was a mutual decision and it has been very positive for both of them. Cristine is now busy in ABS-CBN, while he continues to be one of GMA7’s most prized talents. Dennis is soon to start a movie for Regal Entertainment to be directed by Maryo J. de los Reyes.

But he needs to really buff up as his role as "Ga-gambino. "
RICHARD COMPARED TO JET LI

PEOPLE are comparing Richard Gutierrez’s new TV commercial for Unique toothpaste to Jet Li’s TVC for a brand of beer. Richard has shown his own unique way of doing flying kicks but his debonaire looks sets him apart from the Hong Kong action superstar.

Richard is very pleased with the result of the TVC which he calls a collaboration of the best technical people in the film business. He is doubly proud that the product he endorses is all-Filipino. “Dati, mumog lang ako,” when asked what brand he was using before Unique came. Of course, we all surmise that he was using a foreign brand, but now that he endorses Unique, he must practice what he preaches.

VALERIE ACTIVE, BUT NOT SEXUALLY

Valerie Concepcion has just came back from Canada with the "Wowowee" group and she immediately faced the entertainment press to announce her new endorsement, Energo energy drink.

Which is just too perfect for a woman like her who seems active 24/7. Hosting a daily show is no laughing matter and she really needs something to boost her energy.

“I’m doing this for my daughter,” says Valerie.

But of course, she admits that life is not all work. She goes out with friends and family. “I am dating two men,” she giggles. “Pero friends pa lang po. ” One ardent suitor is a basketball player, while the other one is based abroad. “We text, we chat, but that’s about it,” she reveals.

Is it true she still wants the father of her child?

“Ay, hindi na po,” she says. “Nung ipinanganak ko po ang anak ko, naisip ko lang na dapat siya pa rin. Gusto ko, kung sino ang ama ng anak ko, ‘yun sana ang makasama ko. Pero talagang hindi na siya nagpakita sa akin. First love ko po siya, so talagang ganun. But now I’ve moved on and I can take care naman pala of my child without him. Kaya unti-unti, nawala ang longing na ‘yon. ”

So now, Valerie is careful enough to choose her next partner. Really, now.
