Did Lian ‘inherit’ ring from Isabel?

Shaina Magdayao’s presence at the first birthday party of Nathan, the son of Camille Prats and husband Anthony Linsangan, is a confirmation that her boyfriend John’s family truly likes her.

Camille is John’s younger sister.

The other visitors noticed how at home Shaina was.

Camille said that even if she is now a wife and mother, she has Anthony’s blessings to continue with her acting career. She did a series for GMA-7 after giving birth.

She’d like to appear with John Lloyd Cruz in a movie or a TV series.

Camille started in showbiz as a child star, one thing in common which she has with future sister-in-law, Shaina. The pre-school in Cainta which she put up with her family keeps her busy now.

Since this Valentine’s Day will be their first as sweethearts, John is reportedly making plans on how to make the occasion memorable for him and Shaina Magdayao. February 14 also happens to be his birthday.

He still has no idea what gift to give Shaina. "But, definitely," he said, "wala pang marriage proposal. Napag-usapan na namin ‘yan."

John, 25, reveals he will seriously consider marriage six years from now.

By then, Shaina, who is 18, will be 24.

"Just the ideal age for a girl to marry," John said.

Is the expensive ring Lian Paz got from boyfriend Paolo Contis the same ring which he gave Isabel Oli when they were still together?

Isabel reportedly returned the ring to Paolo when they separated.

In an interview with DJ Mo in last Sunday’s "Showbiz Central" on GMA 7, Isabel answered she wouldn’t know.

"But Lian showed it to the viewers of ‘Showbiz Central’ when she and Paolo guested in the show the Sunday before," DJ Mo insisted.

Isabel said she did not see that particular interview.

She confessed, though, that the last time she cried over her break-up with Paolo was two weeks ago. They were sweethearts for three years.

In the interview, Isabel denied reports that she is now going steady with a cager.

It looks like it is now the real thing between Marian Rivera and Dingdong Dantes. All that is needed is for them to officially proclaim that they are sweethearts.

But as far as the entertainment press at the presscon of their new series, "Ang Babaeng Hinugot sa Aking Tadyang," is concerned, there is no need for a confirmation. Their actions speak louder than words.

When the two kissed, there was no need to press them too much.

In "Showbiz Central," Marian proudly displayed a bracelet studded with diamonds, a gift from Dingdong.

"Ang Babaeng Hinugot sa Aking Tadyang" is one of the two komiks novels of Carlo J. Caparas which are being adapted on GMA 7 this year. The other one is "Totoy Bato," starring Robin Padilla and Regine Velasquez.
