Dolphy's woes endless?

COMEDY King Dolphy has a new headache to deal with as his son Vandolph was reportedly involved in an illegal firearm case.

The actor was recently involved in a traffic incident on August 11 while driving along Kalayaan Avenue in Quezon City. He had an argument with a motorcycle driver and almost came to blows that Vandolph suddenly brandished a firearm.

The sad news is that the car he was driving had no license plate and worse, he had no license too for his firearm. This resulted in an investigation at Camp Crame.

Vandolph has not been active lately after his marriage to his long time girlfriend.

KIMMY DORA'S PRODUCERS NOT CONFIDENT ENOUGH?

ARE the producers of Spring Films, which include actor Piolo Pascual, not confident enough that Eugene Domingo would pull it off at the box-office with her launching movie, Kimmy Dora, that they made it a star-studded affair? Aside from the two hunk actors, Dingdong Dantes and Zanjoe Marudo, the cast also has Regine Velasquez, Rufa Mae Quinto, Paolo Contis, and Marvin Agustin among others.

The movie, directed by Bb. Joyce Bernal, also has video clips of Marian Rivera and Judy Ann Santos.

The good news is yet to come. Star Cinema, which would release the film, is having a talk with SM cinemas management to iron out kinks regarding the remittances problem between the two parties.

Do we still doubt we would see a hit launching movie for Eugene? Just asking...
