Erotica lessons from Asia

Asia Agcaoili

Author: Mario E. Bautista
Column: Dream Factory

Asia Agcaoilis first sex video, Sex Guru, is a huge hit, so here comes its sequel, Erotica: Lessons of the Flesh. Even more provocative, Erotica reveals new techniques to help partners achieve better sexual satisfaction through a series of sexercises to enhance performance in bed such as pelvic stretches, the Kegels, and the Butterfly that help stimulate your sex muscles. It also shows new positions as the pretzel logic, the T, the Yawning, and the canine connection aimed to put a new spin in your sexual encounters.

Asia also helps women fiddle with gadgets to find their G spot of pleasure. For single women, she also shows the art of flirting to help you seduce the partner of your choice. She is supported by Hotbabes Katrina Gonzales, Ella V., and newcomers Maricar de la Fuente, Briana Blanco and Zara Lopez, plus hunky Hotmen Allen Dizon, Justin de Leon, McMiel Denison and Tonio Quiazon. Some writers say that the video is pornographic.

"Well, to each his own," Asia says. "For me, this is meant to instruct na parang sex education. But this will be my last sex video."

Why? "Kasi ABS-CBN is helping me in my career and I want to move on and do other things. Right now, Im hosting Pinoy Big Brother on Studio 23 and Ill also help co-host their morning show, Breakfast. Also, I want to try more acting. After playing villain to Kristine Hermosa in Till Death Do Us Part, I now play Maricel Sorianos best friend in Vietnam Rose."

How is it working with Maricel? "Its a great learning experience. Ive worked with her before in Bida Si Mister where I got pointers about comedy. Now, Im learning drama naman from her."

Whats her Aussie boyfriends reaction to her sex videos?"He knows its part of my being an actress and hes supportive. But hes glad that ABS is opening new avenues for me to show I can do other things."

How did Keempee de Leon feel when he heard that its Janno Gibbs whos now being linked to the girl he fancied before, Christine Reyes? "Honestly, ayokong mag-comment diyan at all," he says at the presscon of "Bahay Mo Ba To" for its first anniversary. "Ive heard about it noon pa, pero si Janno is a friend at ayokong tanungin siya about it at all dahil baka magkailagan kami, e pareho kaming hosts ng Eat Bulaga. Isa pa, Ive decided even then to stop courting Christine after her sister (Ara Mina) objected, so labas na ako diyan."

Doesnt he think Ara should complain all the more now since Janno is married? "I dont want to say anything as I might be misinterpreted. But I admit I felt bad when Ara lambasted me then. Ang dating ko naman, para kong napakasamang tao. Pero tapos na yon and lets leave it at that."

No doubt Keem-pees career has been revived by his role as the gay Harold in "Bahay Mo Ba To." "But I dont want to be identified with just gay roles so Im glad Im playing the role of a straight guy in the afternoon soap, Kung Mamahalin Mo Lang Ako. I play an executive who figures in a love triangle with Oyoboy Sotto over newcomer Marianne Rivera."

As part of the anniversary of week of "Bahay Mo Ba To," watch out for the wedding of Keempee and the waitress whos madly in love with him even if hes gay, Francine Prieto. "We shot the wedding scene in Plaza Ibarra and its a riot," says Keempee. "Abangan ninyo ang eksena ng isang baklang ikinakasal ng labag sa kanyang kagustuhan."

Yasmien Kurdi is wearing a clowns costume as we visit her on the set of "Lovestruck" in Fernwood Gardens. "Were shooting a party scene and all members of the cast are supposed to be clowns," she explains.

Mark Herras and Jennylyn Mercado pass by as we talk to her and they wave to us. What do you think? we ask Yasmien. Is Jen really a battered girlfriend?

"I dont think so," she says with a shake of her head. "Lagi nga silang sweet."

How about her? Is she Rainiers battered girlfriend? "Ay, hindi puede. Siya nga ang battered boyfriend sa akin. Lagi ko yung pinipingot. When I tell him, Sasapakin kita, takot agad yon."

"Lovestruck" is their third film together after "So Happy Together" and "Happily Ever After." "This is where we have our longest kissing scene. Inabot ng seven takes," revealed Yasmien.

Did she feel Rainier take advantage of her? "No. Direk Louie Ignacio required it, para iba-ibang angles."

In the story, she plays a tomboy and Rainier plays a bading in love with Kirby de Jesus. "But in the end, naging tunay akong babae at naging lalaki naman siya so we end up with each other. Ang cute ni Rainier mag-bading. Nakakatuwa talaga. Bagay sa kanya."

How about she? Did she find it hard playing a tomboy? "No. Ive been a lesbian on TV before. So okay lang. The difference here is Im also a weird na punkista."

Yasmien also has a new TV show, aside from "Encantadia" and "SOP Gigsters," shes now also in the cast of "Hokus Pokus" with Rufa Mae Quinto and Bong Revilla.

John Lloyd Cruz is able to relate with his role as an OFW in "Dubai." "I have two brothers working in New York and I know how difficult it is for them to work away from home," he says. "Ive visited them and talagang subsob sila sa trabaho, they live in a small apartment and do all the household chores dahil walang maid."

In "Dubai," he plays Andrew, Aga Muhlachs younger brother who stayed in Manila to finish his studies while his Kuya Raffy is working hard in Dubai and just sends him financial support. "After I got a degree, I follow him there and one of his girlfriends comes between us kaya nagkaroon kami ng matinding conflict."

How is it working with Aga? "At first, I was intimidated as hes an award-winning actor. But later on, I felt so blessed as a newcomer working with him and with Direk Rory Quintos kasi ang bait nila. Aga helps me not only in my craft as an actor but also gives me advice on how to handle money, how to deal with people, kung paano makisama in this business. Si Direk Rory naman, first time ko to work with her and shes very patient in guiding me in doing some of the films most difficult dramatic scenes."

How was it working in a foreign land? "We stayed there for 17 days and the first few days, I got depressed. Na-homesick ako. I realized kahit magulo rito sa Pilipinas, nami-miss ko pa rin ito kasi ito talaga ang bansa ko. But just like the OFWs there, Im willing to work abroad for the sake of my family. As the days went on, I really enjoyed the company of Aga and the rest of the cast and staff working with us there. Naging familykami."
