| Experience DingdongAuthor: Malaya At his prime, actor-model-host-dancer Dingdong Dantes is out to conquer more. He comes out with "Dingdong Dantes Experience," an audio-visual project in one album, conceived and released by Universal Records for the Ultimate Pinoy Hunk. It is not just the first project Dantes has with a record label, but also first for any Pinoy celebrity to release such a concept in an album! The visual side of the "Dingdong Dantes Experience" contains the mini-Coffee Table Book/Scrapbook, with exclusive images and a DVD featuring four music videos, shot by leading directors exclusively for the project. Louie Ignacio ("Cucu Oh Yeah"), Rico Gutierrez and Shoti Benares ("I Know You Want Me Calle Ocho"), Adrian Calumpang ("Shining Star") and Treb Monteros ("Tender Love") worked closely with Dingdong in conceptualizing the look and feel of each music video. The beautifully photographed mini coffee table book/scrapbook showcases the serious, playful and sexy side of Dingdong. These very exclusive photos are only available in this book and have never been published elsewhere. Also included are behind-the-scene pictures taken during the shoots. Dingdong started in showbiz as member of the all-male group, Abztract dancers. He became a TV hearththrob via his Iñaki role in GMA-7s youth oriented show, "T.G.I.S." when he was only 17 years old. He was catapulted to the height of popularity when he essayed the King Ybrahim role in toprated telefantasia, "Encantadia." The TV King Crown, Dingdong comfortably fitted his head with the megahit "Marimar," where he played the male lead, Sergio Santibañez. The phenomenal "Dyesebel" has further re-affirmed his stronghold as the countrys favorite matinee idol. This led to his being a most sought after commercial endorser with products like Bench, Goldilocks, Medicol, Touch Mobile (TM), San Mig Light Beer and Ponds. Last year, Dingdong was included in "E! Entertainments 25 Sexiest Men of the World" list. He is the only Filipino to make it to the honor roll, the highest-ranking Asian in the top 25 list. Source: Malaya |
