How long will Willie's fortune last?

Author: Joey Aquino
Column: Just Asking...

ABS-CBN's "Wowowee" has attracted lots of people because of its energetic and fun style of entertainment. Plus its seemingly act of generosity especially for people who are in need in life. Often times, the show offers a no-holds-barred kind of set up. And that is why at present, the show has a lot of following, may they be abroad or here in the Philippines.

And the host is, indeed, as popular as the show itself.

And with his daily appearance on television, it has become a trademark for him that he is tagged "Wowowillie. " With the success of Willie Revillame brings a lot of intrigues as well. While his show is getting higher, so does his lifestyle. Surely he earns big bucks now, not only in pesos but in US dollars as well. Energetic as he is on stage, he too is energetic off stage. Having been reported to acquire a 3,000- square-meter commercial place near his mother network truly is something.

It's a chance of a lifetime one should not miss. He says that all of this came from hard work and perseverance. He's really living a dream. Problems always arise but he never quits. Success is equal and partial to intrigues that sometimes go out of hand.

But with the help of his team in "Wowowee" and his mother network trusting him fully, without a doubt, he is tagged as the new king of noontime shows.

But as for the comedic host, we can see that he spends off his funds through stuff that is wholesome in which any man could dream about.

But how long can he maintain such huge success? Just asking...

SWEETER THE SECOND TIME AROUND
FROM the team up of John Lloyd Cruz and Sarah Geronimo which hit the box office just recently, to the pairing of Marian Rivera and Dingdong Dantes, to the anticipated team up of Piolo Pascual and Angel Locsin in the big screen, comes another exciting project in store this coming Valentine's Day as Richard Gutierrez and KC Concepcion hit the big screen once more.

And this would not be their first time, as they star in their new love movie, "When I Met You" produced by GMA Films and Regal Entertainment.

"We are assuring you ibang klase ito kumpara sa una," Richard explains, adding that this movie is entirely different with the first one, "For the First Time. "

"Dito iba na. Mararamdaman n'yo ang pagiging comfortable namin," says the actor who adds that they now know each other more this time. This will be a blessing in disguise for the two actors. The first movie where they were first paired up was produced by Star Cinema, and now GMA7. This means that the two big companies both have confidence in them.

With this we should say that if we combine a Concepcion and a Gutierrez in a movie, it would probably be a good deal and a pleasant risk taking.

Will this new project overtake the R. O. I. their first movie achieved? Just asking...

IT AIN'T ALL ABOUT THE MONEY, BARON
IN life, you need to sometimes forfeit things and you'll deserve what you worked hard for.

Baron Geisler wants more money; he's had enough of the accolades and praises. He said that in the recent presscon of the teleserye "Tayong Dalawa. "

Baron's a great actor. And from his ideal greatness in his craft comes the fruit of labor. As he said, he is so blessed and thankful for the opportunities he has been showered with.

So what more could he ask for? He is in "Eva Fonda," and he also is a part of "Tayong Dalawa. " He also had a good role in the movie, "Baler. "

He has to face what his true obligation in life is. If he really loves his craft, he should know when he will reap what he has sowed. Now with his patience wearing thin, will he be blessed more? Just asking...
