THE successful love team of ABS-CBN stars John Lloyd Cruz and Bea Alonzo will reunite on the big screen.

The story conference of "Miss You Like Crazy," the working title of their valentine reunion movie under Star Cinema to be directed by Cathy Garcia-Molina, happened last week.

"The storytelling of the movie is different. I can't explain it fully because I haven't gotten hold of the script. To all those who will watch our movie, this is the first time that we will be doing this kind of narration," John Lloyd.

The John Lloyd-Bea team up has taken a rest for quite some time now.

John Lloyd was paired up with Sarah Geronimo in "A Very Special Love," which spurned the sequel "You Changed My Life."

Bea meanwhile found leading partners in Sam Milby and Derek Ramsay in the movie "And I Love You So."

Now that the wishes of John Lloyd-Bea fans have come true, John Lloyd will be first to admit that the pressure is still there despite the fact that they have starred in hit movies and teleseryes.

"The question is that, the nervousness, it's coming from what we are offering. If we know that there is something to offer, that we are confident that we can say, 'Yes, this is good!' If we're confident to say that, in a way, it eases the tension," he said.

The first shooting day of their upcoming movie will be on November 16.

Meanwhile, John Lloyd Cruz renewed his exclusive contact with home network ABS-CBN and film outfit Star Cinema last October 26.

Present during John Lloyd's Cruz renewal of being a Kapamilya are ABS-CBN executives such as ABS-CBN Channel Head Cory Vidanes, Entertainment Head Linggit Tan, Star Cinema Managing Director Malou Santos, and Star Magic Heads Mariole Alberto and Johnny Manahan.

"Contract will be for two years. I will have a new teleserye and of course, ASAP." he said.

The actor also confirmed that after the valentine movie with Bea, he is set to be paired with Angel Locsin in a teleserye.

"It's a good feeling that they trust me, especially if it's big trust that is handed to you but it also requires hard work from my end," he said.

John is one of the most bankable stars at the moment, with veteran actresses expressing desires to work with him.

Even Lorna Tolentino, John Lloyd's co-star in now defunct primetime series "Kay Tagal Kitang Hinintay (which is also where the Bea-John Llord tandem was born), said in a TV interview she really wishes to work with John Lloyd again.

Star for All Seasons Governor Vilma Santos requested John Lloyd to be part of their recent film "In My Life" which also starred her son Luis Manzano.
