KC-Piolo tandem, forcing through?

WHILE the movie When I Met You is enormously gaining at the box-office (heard that it has reached the P80 million mark), the bad news is: this might really be the last movie for KC Concepcion and Richard Gutierrez. KC's going back to Star Cinema, while Richard stays at GMA.

It is confirmed that Piolo Pascual is KC's next leading man. In fact, we found it too forcing through when Boy Abunda and Kris Aquino's new show, SNN, dug up the story of the old friendship between KC and Piolo. They also mentioned that John Lloyd Cruz is also considered for a future project with KC.

In any case, Richard and KC fans are chanting for another movie which at this point is impossible. Unless, of course, if Richard jumps to ABS-CBN. That's another story.

WATCH OUT
At the rate ABS-CBN is going, their line up of shows are improving and reaping accolades from critics, the likes of May Bukas Pa, Tayong Dalawa, and new showbiz talk show, SNN.

GMA 7 must watch out. We may never know how long viewers would like to watch fantasy fares. They must really make their new offerings, like Totoy Bato, and Ang Babaeng Hinugot Sa Aking Tadyang a better viewing fare than before.

BETTER NEW FACES
THE search for Survivor Philippines 2 has started . Applicants must be 18 years old and above, must be physically and mentally fit and have the stamina to stay in a place not familiar to them for 39 days .

Auditions will be on Feb. 26 and 27 at CSI City Mall in Lucban, Dagupan, SM Baguio (March 3 and 4), LCC Mall ( Naga City ) (March 9 and 10, SM Iloilo (March 12 and 13), SM Cebu (March 15 and 16), SM Davao , March 18 and 19 SM Lipa, Batangas, (March 23 and 24), SM North EDSA (March 27 and 28) at SM Mall of ASIA (March 29 and 30.

With the new search, GMA will find someone to fill the need of new talents. It looks like past winners, even of other reality searches, didn't make the grade. Hope they could make better judgment this time.

STAR-STUDDED SOP
SOP this Sunday will be another spectacular show, something for the interest of kids and doll lover as the show fetes the world's famous doll, Barbie.

Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera will give the viewers a surprise. The cast of the newest and most expensive adaptation of another Carlo Caparas work, Totoy Bato, including Robin Padilla, Regine Velasquez, Eddie Garcia, Queenie Padilla will tell more about the fabulous project on GMA 7 primetime block.

The Sexbomb singers will perform their latest single, while the Eraserheads will appear to promote their final set concert. Don't miss SOP tomorrow.
