Karylle not yet ready to pose for men's magazines

Singer Karylle, ABS-CBN's newest contract star, said she is not yet ready to pose sexy and daring for men's magazines despite her successful "Single Is Sexy" ad campaign for an underwear clothing company.

The singer said for now there is no need to pose sexy for magazines such as Maxim.

"At this point hindi ako ready for that. Although makikita niyo din naman na medyo slightly sexy din 'yong iba," Karylle told ABS-CBNNEWS.com. ""Yong sa (endorsement) ko, underwear brand... pero kahit paano ay medyo covered naman, naka-jeans naman."

"I'm happy that there are a lot of magazine covers that are coming out this month...at mayroon pang ibang covers na parating," she added.

Karylle said for February she will be featured in at least two magazines.

'Love concert'

After her controversial break-up with former sweetheart Dingdong Dantes, Karylle said she is now ready to sing "songs of love." She maintained that despite her bad experience she has not lost her faith in love.

She is set to do a Valentine concert, dubbed as "The Magic Called Love," where she will be performing with her band called "Reasons."

Her special guest is Jeff Singson, who played as her brother in the musical show West Side Story.
