She will be launched as the newest underwear Bench model this Saturday at Trinoma. "I never done anything like that (underwear show) before but then I didn't prepare for it that much. She will have a grand welcome party in ASAP '08 this Sunday. One of the highlights of her welcome party will be her first-ever duet with mom ZsaZsa Padilla. ASAP management also disclosed that she will have a number with ASAP heartthrobs. Apart from hosting and singing stints on ASAP '08, she will also be part of ABS-CBN's upcoming teleserye "Maruja" with Kristine Hermosa. "Maruja" will be the closing series of the superHero TV series "Mars Ravelo's Komiks." As a newly-minted Kapamilya, Karylle is also gracing the cover of the January issue of Star Studio Magazine. To answer consistent queries if she decided to switch network because of her break-up with long-time boyfriend Dingdong Dantes, Karylle has this statement to say. "Maybe there was a time that I was really afraid to face the press because a lot of things are going on and I was still in the phase where I am processing everything that's happening to my life so I won't be nervous when I will be asked about it," she said. "Well, I think everything happens for a reason but I don't want to think that's the only reason why I transferred. I want to focus on the positive side of my life now and leave everything bad behind." For more Philippine news , visit Sun.Star Iloilo . (December 11, 2008 issue) Source: Sunstar Daily |
