She maybe heartbroken because of her break up with actor Dingdong Dantes, but her acting and singing career is busier than ever. She regularly appears on ASAP '09 and is slated to do two teleseryes -- Maruja with Kristine Hermosa and I Love Betty La Fea. Aside from her split from her boyfriend of three years and switching home networks, the new Kapamilya star is now also being linked to two of the most desired bachelors in showbiz today-Jericho Rosales and Christian Bautista. Karylle said that she is still adjusting to all of the things happening to her life right now, mainly because she is not used to being controversial. She said that what compensates for being a "newsmaker" is being able to influence people in a positive way. "May maganda namang dinudulot like 'yung kinukuwento ko, like a lot of people have been coming to me and asking advice. A lot of people tell me na I inspire them kasi they see strength (in me)," she shared. "Ako kasi sobra akong tahimik and hindi lang ako sanay (sa intriga). So kahit paano I just take it as part of that na parang if some people are getting good out of this, then why not? Otherwise, let us just totally be quiet." Meantime, Karylle has emphasized time and again that she would rather focus on her career at present. Despite constantly being linked to Echo and Christian, she has made it clear that she is saying no to love at the moment.
