Kris prefers Piolo

Kris Aquino has said she prefers Piolo Pascual to play the role of her dad Ninoy Aquino and Vilma Santos as her mom Cory in an upcoming movie about the couple after a talk between her and Cesar Montano fizzled out.

Kris revealed on "The Buzz" that efforts were made to ask Cesar if he'd like to play her dad but they never got to talk well about it so her family came up with the impression that the actor wasn't interested.

The choice of Cesar was not surprising because he had portrayed the life of another national hero in the movie "Jose Rizal" which was produced by GMA Films in 1998.

But some say confidence in Piolo doing the Ninoy role isn't that high.

Besides, a Cesar-Vilma tandem is seen as the right kind of blend.

Is Cesar really not interested? Would the movie sell with the good-looking Piolo, said to be Cory's favorite actor, playing Ninoy? Just asking...
