Lorna wants to 'reunite' with John Lloyd

MANILA - Actress Lorna Tolentino wants to work again with young actor John Lloyd Cruz.

Tolentino, who is busy taping for ABS-CBN's hit television series "Dahil May Isang Ikaw", said she wants to do a project with Cruz after she watched his latest film "In My Life."

Cruz reportedly proved his versatility as an actor when he played the role of Noel, the gay lover of Luis Manzano's character "Mark."

"Gusto kong makasama ulit si John Lloyd. After kong mapanoond ang 'In My Life' gusto ko siyang makasama," Tolentino said after a fashion show of a clothing brand she is currently endorsing.

Tolentino said she admired Cruz's acting skill in the film, especially as he played a gay person. The two last made a soap opera together called "Kay Tagal Kang Hinintay."

Tolentino said she is set to do a film under Star Cinema, which will start production after she finishes taping for "Dahil May Isang Ikaw", tagged to end early next year.

Single but happy

Tolentino, the widow of the late "Prince of Action" Rudy Fernandez said that she is single but happy.

She said she is focusing and enjoying her time with her sons, friends and co-workers.

Asked if her two sons would let her fall in love again, the actress said: "OK sa kanila. Pero hindi pa ako handa doon. Happy ako sa kanila, sa mga anak ko, sa trabaho ko at sa kaibigan ko at marami pa akong pinagdadaanan."
