Column: Showbiz Chika Luis Manzano denies he is threatened because Sam Milby will be Angel Locsin's leading man in the upcoming Philippine version of "Only You. " Luis says he was shocked when he heard it because he couldn't remember anyone from the press or media approaching or even calling him for an interview. The "Flash Bomba" star added that there is no tension between him and Sam and that he is not insecure nor threatened by the latter at all. Luis also told us that Angel would be leaving for Korea along with the rest of the cast and that he plans to take his girlfriend to the airport. (How sweet! ) SUPERHEROES CAN'T UNITE MEANWHILE, for those who are already excited to see the Komiks super heroes together, Luis also told me that it might take a while for them to tape the said superserye because all of them (including Vhong Navarro, Jon Avila, Shaina Magdayao, John Prats and Mariel Rodriguez) have to synchronize their schedules. It is not yet definite on when the first taping day would be becuase Vhong is busy with "I Love Betty La Fea," and he (Luis) would be going to New York to shoot a movie with John Lloyd Cruz and the Governor for all Seasons, Gov. Vilma Santos- Recto. IT'S THEM! CONGRATULATIONS to Sarah Geronimo and John Lloyd Cruz for (finally) being chosen as box-office king and queen at the Guillermo Mendoza Memorial Awards.
