| | Maja Salvador and Geoff Eigenmann reunite on Maalaala Mo Kaya Author: Rachelle Siazon Maja Salvador stars once again on a memorable episode of Maalaala Mo Kaya this Saturday, this time with Lobo star Geoff Eigenmann. Many talented artists haven't even made it to the show yet but this 20-year-old gal has been tapped several times to appear in the country's longest drama anthology. Two of her memorable portrayals this year were "Journal" and "Board Game"-the former was about a girl molested by her relatives and the latter an uber kilig love story that involved teenage pregnancy.
Geoff, on the other hand, has also showcased his dramatic prowess on MMK this year opposite Valerie Concepcion in a heart-rending tale of a blind man and polio victim who found love and acceptance in each other. In "Cane", the couple defied the odds and their families' disapproval just to be together. Ultimately, they have proven that love is greater than any handicap on earth. All-grown up now since they first worked together in Star Cinema's First Day High, the two engage in a showdown of their dramatic prowess in MMK's story of love, betrayal, and forgiveness. The story begins with goody two-shoes Liza, who eventually falls for Ricardo, a certified ladies' man. Throughout their 8-year relationship, she has surprisingly helped Ricardo change for the better. But as they say, old habits die hard and soon he finds himself in a tempestuous love affair with a girl from a night club. How far can Liza go just to save their relationship?
