Maja Salvador is not disappointed that 'Nagsimula Sa Puso' is not a primetime show

Maja Salvador marked her 21st birthday with a bang as she was launched as ABS-CBN's new teleserye princess with her upcoming soap Nagsimula sa Puso. Aside from her grand production number on ASAP '09 last October 4, the hottest leading men in the biz (Piolo Pascual, John Lloyd Cruz, Sam Milby, Diether Ocampo, and Jericho Rosales) also welcomed her to the big leagues through a VTR shown during the recent press con of her soap. With the network's all-out support, Maja said that there is nothing more she could ask for on her birthday. " Bonggang paghahanda talaga yung ginawa nila.

Though the soap is powered by a great cast and a captivating story, Maja admitted she is still anxious to see how the people will respond to such a daring career move on her part.

After the entertainment press had seen the full trailer of Nagsimula sa Puso, many commented that it could have been a great material for primetime television. But Maja was quick to say that she's not disappointed that it's going to be aired in an afternoon timeslot instead. " Kaysa naman mawala 'di ba," she exclaimed with a laugh before saying, " Ako ho walang problema sa akin kung primetime bida o hapontastic ilagay.

Maja is so dedicated to her work that she even worked on her birthday (October 5) instead of going out with her family and close friends. Apparently, she believes that she would receive more blessings that way. Kumbaga kung ano man dumating tatanggapin mo," she reasoned.

Though she didn't receive a special gift from any suitor, Maja stressed that God has already blessed her with something more meaningful instead.
