Maja Salvador unafraid of 'horror princess' tag

Being featured in at least two local horror movies, young actress Maja Salvador is slowly gaining the Philippines' "horror princess."

Salvador, in an interview with Showbiz News Ngayon (SNN), said she gladly accepts that title.

"Why not? Siyempre, kung anumang title ang ibigay sa akin, tatanggapin ko. Thank you. Nakakatuwa din," she told SNN.

Salvador will soon be seen in Star Cinema's horror movie "Villa Estrella" opposite Geoff Eigenmann, Jake Cuenca and Shaina Magdayao.

Meanwhile, Salvador, who divides her time as actress, model and host, said there is nothing new about reports that actor Carlo Aquino is courting her again.

She said Aquino still phones her and sends text messages but added that she has not seen the actor recently because of their tight schedule.

Magdayao, meanwhile, denied that she and Salvador tried to upstage each other during the Villa Estrella shoot. "Baklaan meron... Parating masaya sa set," she said.
