Marian Rivera and Dingdong Dantes deny living together

Both of them may be tracking different career paths nowadays but Marian Rivera and Dingdong Dantes still have that "stick together" factor in their personal lives, especially with regards to birthdays (Dingdong 's birthday is on August 2; Marian, August 12). Last year was awesome as Marian and Dingdong jointly celebrated their birthdays with a concert that emphasized the word "happy" in "happy birthday."

How they'll be celebrating this year is still unclear, but the two stars do already know what cool birthday presents they'll be giving each other.

"Matagal ko nang pinaghandaan!" beamed Dingdong when Startalk egged him on about his present for Marian. "So, ibibigay ko na lang sa mismong kaarawan. Bagay siya. Kung ano man, it would be valuable! Sinusuot naman."

Marian, on her part, said that Dingdong really isn't materialistic and the most simple things done for him will be special in his eyes. "Ipagluto mo nga lang yun, happy na, e! Hindi naman nababase din sa regalo ang ikaliligaya ng isang tao," she said.

Dingdong's birthday gift to himself will actually be a gift to other people. Next month, he will institute a charitable project for less-fortunate children and according to him, it would really be much appreciated if Marian would count herself in, too.

"Basta kung i-launch ko man itong charity work na gusto ko, e, gusto ko nandoon siya," Dingdon said. "Kahit sa audience man o maaring kahit kung wala siya sa tabi ko dahil busy siya... Basta nandoon siya para malaman ko lang na mayroon siyang contribution dito dahil ito ay para sa kabutihan ng maraming bata."

ARE THEY LIVING TOGETHER? This certain closeness that they have between them have sparked rumors that they are already living under one roof. Have they actually taken their relationship to the next level?

"Ay, hindi, of course not!" answered Dingdong. "I would like to take the right steps and sa ngayon, ang first step na ginagawa namin, e, to concentrate sa trabaho namin."

Marian also denied this rumor by saying, "Paano naman 'yon mangyayari, e, may sarili siyang bahay at may sarili din akong bahay? Minsan mahirap pangunahan ang mga ganyang bagay, pero siyempre mas gugustuhin ko na ikasal, di ba?"

Well, since Marian bought up the topic of marriage, does this mean that she's open to a proposal from Dingdong? This question was raised to Dingdong and, after hearing it, he immediately and seriously answered: "Hindi. Kasi 'yan ang isang bagay na kung sakaling mapag-usapan, e, kailangan talaga, e, doon na patungo. But I honestly hope so."

Dingdong may have been reminded that of all of the girlfriends he had introduced to his parents, it was who Marian stood out.

"Maaring may naobserbahan ako, maaring may nakikita ako at may nararamdaman. Pero iba talaga pag nanggagaling sa kanila [parents] at sila lang makakaalam noon. Pero sa pagkakaalam ko, e, maganda ang trato niya sa pamilya ko at maganda din ang trato sa kanya ng pamilya ko."

He added, "Hindi siya pambahay, pang-himpapawid siya... pang habang-buhay, hanep! Kung sakali mangyari 'yon, e, all right!"
