On Pinoy Fear Factor: Savanah is mistaken for a 'call girl' Author: Napoleon Quintos The Dose Participantes just came from an enjoyable tango dance class when an untoward incident happened. They were on their way out of the bar when a group of Argentine men noticed Savannah. But since the men were speaking in Spanish, no one among the Participantes could understand what they were saying. Until Elmer overheard one guy asking 'How much?' like they thought Savannah was a prostitute. Offended by their words, Elmer told the guys to 'back off.' Back at Camp Miedo, Savannah told the guys about what happened. The guys said that if they had the chance, they would have beaten those Argentines to their teeth. But rather than fueling up the anger of her mates, Savannah just decided to make fun of the incident. "Baka nagagandahan lang talaga sila sa akin (laughs)." Being in foreign country is difficult to anyone given the differences in customs and beliefs. But if their was one thing that was evident in this incident was that our Participantes, regardless of the tough competition, are still ready to look out for each other anytime. No matter where in the world, the Filipinos still value respect and friendship.
