PMPC Christmas party binaha ng blessings

ISANG hindi malilimutang Christmas Party 'yon, for us officers and members of the Philippine Movie Press Club (PMPC), Inc. -- kunsaan secretary po ng club ang inyong lingkod -- dahil sa totoo lang ay nag-umapaw, bumaha, dumagsa ang sankaterbang raffle prizes from wonderful friends ng PMPC, from in and out of local showbusiness. Kaya naman taus-pusong ipina-aabot ng club ang aming pa-sasalamat sa kanila.

Ginanap noong Lunes ng gabi (Dec. 15), sa Rustica's resto in Scout Reyes, Q. C. ang taunang PMPC Christmas Party -- na isa ring pa-sasalamat ng club sa mga taga-industriya ng pelikula at telebisyon. Ito ay para sa all-out support sa sucessful events ng PMPC Star Awards for Movies noong June (aired over ABS-CBN 2), and PMPC Star Awards for Television last November (telecast over TV-5).

All these years, nananatiling masaya at matatag ang samahan dahil sa patuloy na suporta ng ating mga kaibi-gan, lalo na ang awards night producers. And siyempre pa, kung may isang taong super-duper happy-to-the-max that night, 'yon po ay walang iba kundi ang beauty namin 'coz we luckily won the grand raffle prize!

Wagi ang beauty namin dahil namesung namin ang nabunot ni Robi Domingo (of PBB Teens) as the grand winner. And 'di po basta-basta ang major prize dahil 32" plasma LCD generously donated by John Lloyd Cruz. Pledge ang rafflle gift ni John Lloyd sa PMPC ka-ya wiz pa namin alam kung ano'ng brand, pero naglalaro raw ang amount ng32" plasma sa P45 to 60 thou. Ang saya-saya ng Pasko. Sabi nga namin, God is really good all the time!

Kaya agad ay tinext na-min si Loydie to thank him, and siyempre Joe Barrameda, our former PMPC pre-xy, ang nag-solicit for that raffle prize from Loydie.

Isa si John Lloyd sa mga masasabing generous stars. Na kung kaya rin lang niya ay maluwag na magbibigay -- lalo na sa panahong ito ng Christmas. Kaya naman ka-liwa't kanan ang blessings sa kanya.

Sa totoo lang, noong Dec. 2 sa ABS-CBN Christmas party for the press, wa ka-ming na-win sa raffle. Nitong Dec. 14 naman sa GMA Christmas party for the press, juice extractor ang nakuha namin sa raffle. Not knowing na the following night, kami ang magiging 'title holder' kumbaga sa 45-members ng PMPC na uma-asam sa LCD na 'yon.

Mga sumunod na major prizes from different celebs ay 'di-mabilang na colored TV sets: From Popoy Cari-tativo, Sen. Bong Revilla and Lani Mercado, Aga Muhlach, Direk Carlo Caparas and Donna Villa, Marvin Agustin, Gary and Bernadette Es-trada; round trip tickets to Boracay from Dolly Anne Carvajal and IC Mendoza; 8 feet refrigerator from Valerie Concepcion.

Bumaha rin ng DVD pla-yers, turbo broilers, stoves, washing machine, groceries , etc. At siyempre pa may P200 thou total of cash prizes na ipina-raffle sa PMPC members.
