Piolo admits wooing KC

ACTOR Piolo Pascual said he is courting the Megastar daughter KC Concepcion.

"Nanliligaw po ako sa kanya. Matagal na," Piolo revealed.

Asked how the actress addresses his affection, the hunk actor answered in jest, "she told me, 'wait lang, I'll text you'" followed by a loud laugh.

"Pinagpapawisan ako sa mga tanong ninyo," Piolo exclaimed when pressed by some entertainment reporters about the real score between him and KC, whom he will be teaming up with in his next TV project "Lovers in Paris."

Piolo said he was quite apprehensive to reveal what he feels for KC in public as people might misconstrue it as mere publicity.

Asked what kind of suitor he is, Piolo confessed that he goes for traditional kind of courtship.

"I go for traditional (way of courting girls). Umaakyat po ako ng ligaw... Flowers lang ang binibigay ko, hindi yung nakakain like chocolates kasi nakakataba yun," he said. "Nagdi-diet kasi siya so pinapadalan ko siya ng gulay minsan," he jokingly added.

Piolo also said he already encountered Senator Kiko Pangilinan and Megastar Sharon Cuneta while he visited KC at their residence.

The actor fondly said that he addresses Senator Kiko as "Sir" and Sharon as "Ma'am."

Piolo left for the States last Monday for the Star Magic Tour. He will be gone for one week.

KC, on the other hand, is still in Paris with Sharon for the remaining leg of the Megastar's concert.

Once they both arrived in Manila, they will again tape for "Lovers in Paris."

"We are excited because we will be taping every other day M-W-F. I'm looking forward to it because this is her first soap we know that doing soap is not easy. I want to be there, I want to support her and I hope she enjoys doing a soap opera," Piolo said on KC. On girls linked to him

Aside from KC, Sun.Star was able to get Piolo's reaction on the previous celebrity women linked to him.

On Rica Peralejo who is reportedly marrying her pastor boyfriend, he said: "Happy ako for her, happy ako for them. I know the guy also it's a blessing and you know nakakatuwa din sa church makikita mo talaga na nagkakatuluyan and then they start a family. So I only have prayers for them."

"Parang nag-aasawa na silang lahat. Everybody is settling down. As much as I know nakaka-pressure diba but I think I rather concentrate on the moment, what is happening kasi diba naiisip ko gawin ko ito. You want to see things happen naturally hindi mo iisipin na ito dahil may edad kana... hindi mo iisipin na dahil nahuhuli ka na... So I rather just wait and see kung kelan at kung paano mangyayari," said Piolo when asked when he sees himself marrying too.

On Ruffa Gutierrez who is being linked now to John Lloyd Cruz, he said: "Basta masaya sila pareho. Pareho naman silang single. So I don't think there's wrong with that."
