Come to think of it, mukhang wala tayong naririnig na reklamo tungkol sa kakaibang bahang nilikha ng bagyong Ondoy sa kilalang bahaing lugar sa Metro Manila, ang Navotas City.

Are they not a part of Rizal province which is one of the hardest hit ng calamity?
