Regine Velasquez denies pregnancy rumors

MANILA - No, she's not pregnant.

Asia's Songbird Regine Velasquez, who is dating singer-composer Ogie Alcasid, has laughed off the pregnancy rumors anew.

In an interview with "SNN: Showbiz News Ngayon," she admitted that she gained weight but not because she is pregnant.

She also visits her doctor more often now because of her migraine, Velasquez added.

Velasquez confessed that she is now under medication because of her worsening migraine.

The singer did not deny though that she and Alcasid are excited to have their own baby. Today, however, is not yet the right time, she said.

Alcasid is the former husband of 1994 Miss Australia Michelle Van Eimeren.
