PARA kay Regine Velasquez actually ang theme song ng Lobo.

Prior to the Wednesday presscon of ABS Lobo, nakausap namin si Ogie Alcasid who is preparing for his Valentine show with Ai Ai delas Alas, Vernie Varga and Diana Zubiri na My Funny Valentine this February 8 sa Crowne Plaza Hotel produced by Ms. Annabelle Rama's Royale Era Entertainment.

Si Ogie kasi ang nag- compose ng theme song ng Lobo entitled Ikaw Ang Aking Pangarap.

Sung by Martin Nievera for the soap, ang pag-kakaalam ni Ogie, may version din nito ang male lead of the primetime soap na magpa-pilot this Monday na si Piolo Pascual pero hindi niya pa ito naririnig.

When asked, Ogie said nga that the song actually is for Regine or at least ang mga feelings niya kay Regine when he is writing it. Sayang nga raw hindi niya ito makanta sa SOP.

Pangit nga naman kung kakanta si Ogie ng isang theme song from ABS in his Sunday GMA show.

SPECIAL talaga si Angel Locsin sa ABS.

Back to the presscon, halatang pinaghandaang mabuti ang grand press con ng first soap ni Angel sa ABS na Lobo.

The stage design and concept alone, never na ginagawa sa mga press con ng ibang soaps ng ABS, dito lang sa Lobo ginawa. Feel na feel siguro ni Angel ang pagiging special niya sa ABS to think na si Piolo Pascual pa nga ang katambal niya.

Malalaki pa ang co-stars nina PJ and Angel starting with Shaina Magdayao in her first adult role as their love triangle, the triumvirate of veterans Dante Rivero, Robert Arevalo and Ms. Pilar Pilapil together with the young stars Lauren Young and AJ Perez at higit sa lahat, special participation pa sina Diether Ocampo, Angel Aquino and Sheryl Cruz.

Lobo directed by Cathy Garcia Molina and FM Reyes will pilot this Monday sa Primetime Bida after Kung Fu Kids.

SPEAKING of Piolo Pascual, no regrets si Rica Peralejo na mag-witness for him.

Sa nakaraang all-star hearing ng kasong sinampa nina PJ and Sam Milby against Manay Lolit Solis, among those who testified for the two Star Magic actors are Angel Locsin, Powkang and Rica.

Ngayon si Rica ang umaani ng puna for testifying at sinasabi pang gimmick lang lahat ng ABS. Si Rica siyempre ang unang nasasaktan but she has already prepared herself.

In the first place daw, puwede namang hindi siya mag-participate sa usapan even for the sake of friendship. Alam niya ring maku-kuwestiyon siya even before testifying so handa siya talaga.

Ang point ni Rica, since nagkasabay naman daw talaga sila ni PJ sa gym on that day of question, inilalabas niya lang ito for the sake of truth daw.

Kami, we sincerely wish magkaayos na lahat sa kasong ito.

FEBRUARY 2 na pala ang showing ng Roxxxanne.

Nangarag si Jun Lana, producer, writer and director of the upcoming digital movie Roxxxanne from his October Train Production nang na-approve ng Robinson Galleria Indie Sine ang early showing nito na weekend.

Supposedly, February 6 ito magus-showing, a Wednesday na normal opening of movies sa atin. Jun requested a weekend opening sana at napagbigyan siya so magu-open na ito two Saturdays from now.

Malaki hirap ni Jun sa Roxxxanne. During deliberation with the MTRCB, dalawang beses siya pinatawag ng panel na nagri-review para depensahan ang maseselang bahagi ng pelikula.

Trailer pa lang, na-rated X na ito MTRCB kaya't alalang-alala ang direktor na baka ito rin ang sapitin ng buong pelikula. Buti na lang at approved without cuts ang Roxxxanne when it will be shown this February 2 nga.

Roxxxanne stars Sheree, Jay Aquitania at Janvier Daily kasama sina Hanni Miller at Elizabeth Oropesa.
