STAR Cinema welcomes back Robin Padilla, who is reportedly set to do a movie with Vhong Navarro.

Robin, who did a number of movies with Star Cinema, plus a series with ABS-CBN, "Basta’t Kasama Kita," co-starring him with Judy Ann Santos, was with GMA 7 for two years, where he appeared in three action series, the last of which, "Totoy Bato," is the still ongoing.

The duo’s first team-up will probably be an action-comedy, which happens to be Robin’s forte. And, of course, Vhong’s, too.

Vhong has proven this via his movie "X-44" that he can be effective in an action movie, too.

Vhong was last seen in the series, "I Love Betty la Fea."

Has Rayver Cruz found a new girlfriend in Melissa Ricks?

The two, according to a source, are keeping their romance under wraps, as she fears it will affect her tandem with Matt Evans. They are still in a series together, the top-rated afternoon fantasy show, "Kambal sa Uma."

Except for "ASAP Live," ABS-CBN has yet to put Rayver and Melissa together in one program. But this reportedly is not enough to keep them close to each other.

Ah, young love.

Enchong Dee appears luckier than older brother, AJ (Dee), where their showbiz career is concerned.

While AJ’s career is at a standstill, Enchong’s doing great. No wonder that he is setting aside his favorite sport, swimming, where in many competitions he has won.

Enchong is currently cast in two teleserye, "Nasaan Ka, Maruja?" and "Your Song Presents: Boystown."

Without a doubt, Enchong’s boy-next-door looks is working in his favor.

Already he’s earnings millions per commercial. And a huge amount in royalties for his first album with his mom, Kris Aquino, which is distributed by Star Records, "We Are One."

It will not be a surprise if the movies beckon Baby James this year. As Kris said, her second son is already used to the cameras.

How about Baby James as one of Kris’ co-stars in the movie she is supposed to do for Star Cinema and reportedly earmarked for the Metro Manila Film Festival?
