John Paul Gaerlan Lizardo in real life, Japoy Lizardo is a very promising television and movie actor and Filipino athlete.

Lizardo has been engaged in various sports since he was young but he excelled in taekwondo the most. He has brought home the bacon in many taekwondo competitions around the world.

His penchant for sports made him shine in the local entertainment industry. He was introduced on "SCQ Reloaded Kilig Ako" as Sarah Geronimo's love interest. He was also featured on kids' show "Kung Fu Kids" where he showed off his know-how in martial arts and other sports. He is also a popular commercial model.

He stays in Quezon City with his family. According to him, despite his being a working guy, he still receives P500 allowance from his parents on a weekly basis.

He is celebrating his 23rd birthday today.
