| | Sharon admits she avoided meeting Gabby in a birthday party Author: Bernie Franco Megastar Sharon Cuneta admitted that she left immediately after finding out that her ex-husband Gabby Concepcion was also present at Cristy Fermin's birthday party last July 22. "I felt ( kasi) parang alam ko na paglalaruan kami ( ng press)," she said, knowing that the The Buzz host's columnist friends were all present. Sharon said that she could not tell if Gabby knew she was also around. "It was Ate Vi (Vilma Santos) who said, ' O si Gabby darating.' Sabi ko, ' Anong oras daw?'" The actress was however taken aback when Gov. Vilma said that Gabby has just arrived. Upon hearing this, Sharon immediately said good bye to the Batangas governor, reasoning out that she that she had to attend a scheduled TVC. " Ako talaga yung umiwas, hindi ko siya nakita," the actress confessed. Sharon revealed that one of the most painful thing she experienced in her 30 years in showbusiness was the break up of her marriage with Gabby. " Pero finish na 'yon, pero obviously masakit 'yon. Tapos ang daming imbento left and right pero tapos na 'yon," she shared. The Megastar still acknowledges that her team-up with Gabby during their younger days is part of Philippine pop-culture, the reason why people are still looking forward to seeing them together again on the big screen. " Kahit ako, fan ako ng Sharon-Gabby na love team. Without him wala akong KC (her eldest daughter)," she confessed.
