The environment's young defenders on 'The Correspondents'

No one is too young to help the environment. This is the message of young Filipino environmentalists on "The Correspondents," this Tuesday, August 18, on ABS-CBN.

Meet the young defenders of the environment: 10-year-olds Jommel and Tim may be young but they are active in helping Mother Nature. Jommel joins tree planting activities while Tim makes it a habit to sweep streets and yards.

Slightly older kids like Jeric, meanwhile, make artificial corals, while other students blog about the different ways to care for the environment.

They are just few of many children who are already conscious about the issue of global warming and its threats to nature. In their own little way, they are able to help in solving one of the world's biggest problems.

Join Karen Davila as she gets to know the environment's young defenders this Tuesday, August 18, on "The Correspondents," right after "Bandila" on ABS-CBN.
