Moreover, "Belo Beauty 101" highlights unique locations or events in the country where tourists can flock to.The thematic episodes every week give viewers a peek into the world of cosmetic surgery, which Dr. Belo has been revolutionizing for the past 18 years. From the glamorous side of beauty, the program captures even the unglamorous part with reality VTRs of the actual procedures done on celebrities and patients, documenting ones complete transformation. Philippine Ambassadress of beauty Dr. Vicki Belo is the shows resident in-house beauty and medical expert, who introduces the clinics wide range of treatments and services. She also gets to answer viewers frequently asked questions about beauty and cosmetic dermatology. For the second season, "Belo Beauty 101" features a reality segment, with three beauty challengers who were flown in from the US for their respective make-overs at Belo. Annaliza Ylag, Cheslie de Guzman and Hiyasmin Noyes were each given a chance to boost their self-confidence by undergoing beauty treatments and cosmetic surgery procedures under the expert hands of Belo doctors.
