Author: ABS-CBN Interactive Avid viewers of the hit noontime show, Wowowee, were shocked last Wednesday, August 1, when co-host Roxanne Guinoo, wasn't present at the show! In her shoes is sexy actress Valerie Concepcion, who used to work at a different station. As such, some fingers point to Valerie as the cause for Roxanne's disappearance from Wowowee! Is there a nugget of truth in this claim? Apparently, none. Wowowee host Willie Revillame clarifies that Roxanne wasn't given the boot by the show, as Roxanne just switched to the primetime schedule, with her current soap, "Sineserye Presents Natutulog Ba And Diyos", and another upcoming Pirmetime show, "Lastikman". "Hindipo tinanggal dito si Roxanne Guinoo...mas maganda po ang ginawa ng management dahil si Roxanne ay primetime bida," Willie says. His words were further backed up by the management, who said, in an official statement, that their parting with Roxanne went smoothly, and that the doors of Wowowee will be always open for her.
