Valerie Concepcion denies kissing up to Willie Revillame Author: Manila P. Santos After local showbiz gossip site Showbiz Juice (www.showbizjuice.com) came out with a news item stating that Valerie Concepcion was reportedly trying to get on Wowowee host Willie Revillame's good side by bringing him food on the set of the show everyday, tongues have been wagging that the extra effort is due to the fact that Valerie wants to avoid the same fate as her former co-host Precious Lara Quigaman. Precious had earned the disapproval of Willie after she allegedly broke the show rules by bringing her boyfriend to the Wowowee show in Hawaii. After returning to the country, Willie promptly axed her from the show. People on the set of the noontime variety show have reportedly noticed Valerie's mom bringing in the prepared food despite the fact that production already has an on-set caterer. These actions have been raising more than a few eyebrows among the production staff and crew. During the September 21 episode of The Buzz, the bubbly Wowowee co-host admitted to bringing Willie food, but clarified the real intention behind the gesture. "Totooo naman na nagdadala ako ng ulam kay Papi. My mom kasi, she really likes na magbigay ng food sa mga tao. Hindi lang naman kay Papi at sa mga co-hosts, pati sa mga staff. K asi yung lola ko mahilig siya magluto at magaling siya magluto. Masarap siya magluto so my mom would always ask her to cook para maibigay namin sa mga tao, ganun lang. It's normal.
