Valerie Concepcion has no problem working with Katrina Halili Author: Napoleon Quintos During the launch of her Energo drink endorsement, Valerie Concepcion shared her thoughts on the controversies surrounding her upcoming movie One Night Only. Her Banana Split co-stars Angelica Panganiban and Roxanne Guinoo were supposed to be in the said movie, but they were pulled out by their management company Star Magic. Speculations arose that the reason was a billing dispute with Katrina Halili who will play lead in the movie. Valerie said that she has no problem working with the young actress from the rival station. " Ako gusto ko siyang maka-trabaho. Nagkikita naman kami ni Kat. Nagkasama nga kami sa isang raket sa Surigao. Super chikahan kami. Na-miss niya ako (laughs). Excited rin akong makatrabahao siya ulit. Sa ngayon hiwalay pa kami ng scenes pero magkakaroon kami ng eksena together." Before becoming a Kapamilya, Valerie did a show with Katrina. The Wowowee co-host also clarified that she will have equal exposure with Katrina in movie, contrary to the claim that the latter is the lead. One Night Only is the official entry of OctoArts Films for the Metro Manila Film Festival this December and will also star Jon Avila, Diana Zubiri, Alessandra de Rossi, Paolo Contis, Joross Gamboa, and Jennilyn Mercado. " May sari sarili kaming story dito. Ang mangyayari kasi is kanya kanya kami ng story pero in the end magsasama sama din kami," Valerie said of the movie plot. Valerie revealed that people will see her sexy side in this movie and talked about the bed scene she just shot at the time with Jon Avila. "Sexy 'yung story ng One Night Only. As in nagcho-chorvahan kami ni Jon Avila dito. Pero dahil sa MTRCB hindi naman mapakita 'yung actual chorvahan scene. 'Yung tipong nakatalukbong lang sa kumot, ganun lang. Pero comedy naman 'yung eksena Pinugpog ko siya ng halik dito, ang bango bango ni Jon (laughs). Gusto ko siyang ma-guest sa Banana Split."
